Panel discussions on the impact of environmental pollution on agriculture in Yemen

Young Yemenis interested in the environment and climate change are invited to register and participate in the sessions organized by LCOY YEMEN on August 7-8, 2024. These remote sessions will focus on the challenges faced by Yemeni farmers due to environmental pollution threatening biodiversity in Yemeni lands and islands. Participants will learn about the roles young Yemenis can play in addressing this issue, as we aim to develop solutions to mitigate its risks. The sessions will also cover important topics such as the impact of wastewater, solid waste, and the misuse of fertilizers in agriculture, as well as the effects of climate change on biodiversity and Yemeni islands.
